Conditions for Article Publication
A scientific article presents the author's conclusions, interim and final results of scientific research obtained through experimental and analytical work. It must contain original, previously unpublished findings, conclusions, and recommendations, or represent a review of previously published scientific works on a common topic (systematic review).
Scientific articles are accepted in Kazakh, Russian, and English and must not have been previously published.
The date of acceptance is considered to be the date when the final version of the manuscript is submitted to the editorial office.
The editorial office reserves the right to make editorial changes without altering the meaning of the article.
Articles by foreign authors, as well as articles in Russian, English, and Turkic languages, must constitute at least one-third of the total number of publications in each issue. Each issue includes at least one article by a foreign author without co-authorship from Kazakhstani authors.
An author may publish only one article per issue (including co-authorship). An author's article (either individual or co-authored) may not be published in two consecutive issues.
Only manuscripts that have passed plagiarism detection with an originality rate of at least 75% are accepted for peer review.
Priority is given to authors with established scientific profiles and high research activity in international databases, particularly Web of Science and Scopus.
To be considered for publication, authors must strictly follow the structure of a scientific article and formatting requirements.
Formatting requirements: page format - A4; orientation - portrait; alignment - justified; margins - 20 mm on all sides; font - Times New Roman; font size - 14; line spacing - single; paragraph indent - 1.0 cm.
The length of the article (excluding title, author information, abstract, keywords, and references) must be no less than 6 pages (3000 words) and no more than 16 pages (7000 words).
Grounds for Rejection of a Manuscript
- the manuscript fails plagiarism detection;
- two negative peer reviews are received;
- the manuscript does not comply with the technical requirements of the journal's editorial policy;
- the author fails to implement the revisions suggested by reviewers;
- detection of artificially generated text during plagiarism checking;
- use of external assistance from brokers and/or intermediary organizations.
