The article describes spiritual tourism in the context of 21st-century cultural globalization as a significant socio-cultural phenomenon that contributes to preserving both the individual’s inner spiritual state and the nation’s cultural memory and historical continuity. The development of spiritual tourism and pilgrimage traditions in contemporary global and national contexts is comprehensively examined. The article highlights the role of spiritual tourism in Kazakh society, its importance in shaping national identity, and its function in safeguarding cultural heritage.
